3. Saturday, any Saturday. The farmers market runs under the oaks from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every week and admission is free. The venue’s page lists produce, plants, coffee, specialty drinks, cocktails and live music, which is a strange and excellent set of things to be able to buy at 9 in the morning.

Two details that matter if you are broke, and you are. First: shop with SNAP or EBT and the market matches it with free Florida-grown produce, through Fresh Access Bucks. Second: first and third Saturdays of the month there is donation-based yoga from Yoga Collective and Anastasia Fitness, and donation-based bike repair at the bike racks from the Old Beach Bike Riders Association. Donation-based means you decide. Sept. 19 is a third Saturday.

No pets. Bring your own bags.

2. Sunday, Sept. 27, from 11 a.m. The St. Augustine Record Fair, back at the Amp as part of Sing Out Loud. Dozens of vendors, screen printing on site, food trucks, and live sets from DJ Josh Aaron, Toxic Cats and Bears & Lions, with the entertainment presented by the St. Johns Cultural Council. The Amp calls it free and open to the public, all ages.

Digging through crates for four hours is a cheap day out right up until you find the record. Bring a spending limit you will ignore.

1. Tuesday, Sept. 15, 5 to 9 p.m. The Fall Night Market, and it wins because it happens four times a year and the next one after this is Dec. 8.

The Amp’s own listing has local vendors, a variety of food trucks, full bars, live music from Skin N Bonz, and square dancing. Free, all ages. That is a Tuesday, which is the point. Nothing else in this county gives you a food-truck lot and a band on a Tuesday night for the cost of showing up.

The other 2026 night markets were March 31 and June 16. If you miss this one you are waiting until December.

The parking part, which is the actual advice

The Amp says it plainly on both market pages: limited parking on site, and they would rather you park at R.B. Hunt Elementary and walk. There is overflow at the Elks Lodge, with a request to be considerate to the neighbors, which is a polite way of saying do not block anyone in.

Or bike. There are racks at the market entrance, and on first and third Saturdays somebody at those racks will fix your derailleur for whatever you have on you.
