The highest tide of the fall arrives at 9:50 on a Tuesday morning in late October
NOAA's predictions for the St. Augustine city dock put the water 10 inches above an ordinary daily high on Oct. 27, and the four days around it are nearly as high. None of that includes wind or rain.
