Both of those are FloridaHSFootball’s figures, off the week 7 card for each game, and both cards are marked Final.

Nease is 3-3. Riverside went to 2-4. Menendez is also 3-3. Bishop Kenny moved to 2-3.

Those were the only two county teams playing, because five of the eight were on FloridaHSFootball’s own week 7 bye list: Bartram Trail, Creekside, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine and Tocoi Creek.

The eighth game has no score yet

Beachside played at Legacy in Port St. Lucie on Thursday, kickoff 6 p.m., and two days later there is no result anywhere.

FloridaHSFootball’s week 7 card for it reads Status Unknown with no points on either side. MaxPreps has the same fixture scheduled, with Legacy’s address out on Crosstown Parkway and nothing at all in the score field.

Two outlets carry the game. Neither carries a result. Beachside went in 3-2.

Oct. 9, and nobody is off

Seven games, all eight schools, and not one county team on the week 8 bye list. The records below are the ones printed on FloridaHSFootball’s board.

Nease (3-3) at Fletcher (4-2). 6:30 p.m., Jack Taylor Stadium. Earliest kickoff of the night.

Tocoi Creek (1-5) at First Coast (1-5). Buccaneer Field, district game.

The kickoff is the problem. Tocoi Creek’s own calendar says 7 p.m. and FloridaHSFootball’s week 8 card says 6:30 for the same game. Plan for 6:30.

Bartram Trail (5-1) at Beachside (3-2). 7 p.m., Barracuda Stadium. The only one of the seven with two county schools in it.

Atlantic Coast (0-6) at Creekside (4-2). 7 p.m., Creekside High School Stadium.

Mandarin (5-1) at Ponte Vedra (2-4). 7 p.m., the Shark Tank.

Palatka (2-4) at Menendez (3-3). 7 p.m., Veterans Stadium.

St. Augustine (6-0) at Ridgeview (1-5). 7 p.m., Panther Stadium.

That one is Ridgeview’s field and not the Panther Stadium Nease plays in, which is a coincidence of names on the same board. St. Augustine is the only unbeaten team in the county.
