I read six happy-hour pages. Not what a roundup site says they say.
What the venue publishes about itself, on the day you are reading this.
The county tourism site’s happy-hour directory lists 50 venues. No times, no prices.
Every one of them gets a photo. An address and a phone number.
One local aggregator does print prices.
Its page carries a last-modified date of May 13, 2019. It is still quoting a $2.38 pint.
That page is seven years old. It looks exactly as current as this one.
If you want a number you can walk in and hand over, it has to come off the venue’s own page.
And it has to be fresh. Here are the six that had one.
Barley Republic, 48 Spanish Street
Monday through Friday, 4 to 6 p.m. Everything in the deal is five dollars.
Smash burgers, bone-in wings, select drafts. Well cocktails, house wines, and house-made sangria.
Five for the burger. Five for the beer you drink with it.
Ten dollars, under the twelve-dollar rule.
Change for the parking meter you should have already fed.
There is a second window here, Tuesdays, 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Half-price tenders and three-dollar shots of Tullamore D.E.W. Four dollars if you want it in a cocktail.
The page’s content was last edited May 13. This one is maintained.
The Original Cafe Eleven, 501 A1A Beach Blvd.
Half price, every day, 3 to 7 p.m. All draft beers and all wines.
Their own page says select cans are included.
Four hours is the longest window here. Every day is the widest.
This is the beach answer.
Cafe Eleven prints its own caveat. It is the reason you call first.
“Happy Hour times subject to change if events are scheduled.”
A show on the calendar moves the window. They book live music constantly.
Conch House, 57 Comares Avenue
Monday through Friday, 4 to 7 p.m. Two dollars off all beer.
All mixed drinks and house wines.
Not the deepest discount on this list.
Two dollars off is two dollars off.
Know what the regular price is first. Then decide whether that is a deal.
It is the one on a tiki bar. Built out over the water in 1976.
Their page says the Friday happy hour has live entertainment with it.
Kingfish Grill, 504 West Geoffery Street
4 to 6 p.m., two dollars off well drinks, ten-dollar bar snacks.
Which days took some reading, because the site says two different things.
The body copy says happy hour is Wednesday through Monday, and the footer says daily.
Both are true: the same footer says the kitchen is open daily from 4 p.m. and closed Tuesdays.
Daily means every day they are open. The day they are not open is Tuesday.
So: not Tuesday. Every other day, 4 to 6.
The footer also says new seasonal hours started Aug. 24. Treat the 4 p.m. open as the current one.
Chophouse at Nocatee, 330 Pine Lake Drive
This is the best price list of the six. It comes with the biggest asterisk.
Bar food is thirteen dollars a plate.
Truffle meatballs, lobster egg rolls. Mini beef buns, mini chicken buns. BBQ beef focaccia bites, salmon poke.
The cocktail section carries one better line.
“Other liquors and cocktails not mentioned below are 25% off.”
Any domestic, import or craft beer is five dollars.
The asterisk is twofold, and the first is that the page publishes no hours at all.
Not a day, not a window.
You are going to have to call and ask when happy hour is, which is an absurd thing to have to do about a happy hour.
Second, the page carries its own last-edited stamp. It reads Feb. 3, 2026.
Seven months. Every other page here has been touched since May.
A seven-month-old price is a price that might have moved.
If it has, the menu in your hand is right and I am wrong. Call.
Thirteen dollars is over the rule anyway. Five-dollar beer is not.
Pusser’s Bar and Grille, 816 A1A N Suite 100, Ponte Vedra Beach
Monday through Friday, 3 to 6:30 p.m.
That is all they publish. No prices, none, anywhere on the site.
The page is otherwise current for 2026. Times only.
The 3 p.m. start is early and 6:30 is late.
If your shift ends at 3:30, this is the one still running when you get there.
Their page also promises “a different special every day” and does not say what any of them is. Call.
What I could not get
Beachcomber is at 2 A Street on the beach. Its happy-hour menu page would not open.
So I have no current read on their prices.
The rest of the fifty publish a phone number and a photograph.
Times are published at roughly a dozen places in this county and prices at about half that many.
That is not a knock on them.
The order
Barley Republic, Tuesday night, 8 o’clock.
Half-price tenders and a five-dollar draft from the afternoon menu do not overlap, so get there at 5:45.
Eat the burger at happy-hour price. Stay for the tenders at eight.
Two windows, one seat, under twenty dollars.
Happy hours move. Every price and every window above was read off the venue’s own page.
If one of these is wrong when you get there, tell us and we will fix it at the top of this story.
