Item 12 is a presentation by residents of South Summer Haven. The subject is community resiliency and restoration, and the agenda states three separate requests. One is municipal service taxing unit money toward enhanced dune construction. One is a municipal service benefit unit to pay the balance. One is an end to the managed retreat program, with the county’s share of those funds moved to Summer Haven.
Items 13 and 14 are both wellhead protection, and the county utility department brought them. Item 13 is the second reading of a comprehensive plan amendment, and item 14 is the final hearing on the matching code changes.
