Residential Composting Program
Applications open Monday, Sept. 21. They stay open “until quantity limits are met.”

Eligible: single-family homes inside city limits. Not eligible: apartments and condominiums.

The city pays for the bin and the city owns it. A household that moves outside city limits, or stops composting, tells the city and the bin is collected empty.
